The “Unlock your Squat Mobility Rehab Program” consist of a structured 12 week rehab routine that is designed to help you build a stronger, more mobile and pain free squat. It includes a series of different mobility, flexibility and stability exercises that help you unlock your full potential.
The program is divided into four different phases with each phase being three weeks long. The exercises and stretches will progressively increase in difficulty throughout the phases for optimal results.
